The television chef Rocco DiSpirito has a new food truck, Now Eat This Truck, that will cover various parts of the city Mondays through Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., selling low-calorie, low-fat comfort food, based on recipes in his book “Now Eat This.” The proceeds from sales are donated to a free lunch program in schools, which the truck will serve Fridays at different schools.
